If you can listen to podcasts in your car, why not calm your frayed nerves with the smooth sounds of this user experience podcast?

Some of the discussions of various methods seem geared towards beginners, but even if you’ve been in the industry awhile, a) refreshers are always good, and b) there are many interesting interviews (Alan Cooper on the use and abuse of personas, Jesse James Garrett on how he arrived at the Nine Pillars of Successful Web Teams, Donna Mauer‘s take on card sorting), and interesting topics – there’s a great one pondering the massive success of the Octopus Card in Hong Kong (ITUXS: It’s The User eXperience, Stupid).
